These are wooden walkways that stretch out over the sea and you can find activities to do on them from riding on fairground rides to seeing cabaret style shows. There is also an amusement arcade attached to each pier. They are a suitable location to visit whether the weather is good or not as there are plenty of buildings to seek shelter in if you need to.
Who could visit Blackpool without enjoying a ride up the tower. The world famous Blackpool tower is the perfect observation point for seeing the Fylde Coast, especially on a clear day. There are also plenty of things to do within the tower complex itself, including the circus and Jungle Jim’s for the youngsters.
