We recently stayed at Fairhaven for a long weekend. 2 adults and 1 child aged 4. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Louise. She made our little girl feel very special and welcome whilst going through the check in process. We were shown to our flat, flat 4 and given a very thorough run through of all of the facilities. The flat was spotlessly clean and had some great little extras that you don’t normally get in holiday flats such as and iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Flat 4 has a double bed and a double futon and offers more than enough space for a family. The kitchen has everything you need including a kettle, toaster, oven and microwave and the crockery items are fully stocked again all of which are spotlessly clean. Unfortunately on our first evening our little girl was unwell and had been sick on a bed sheet but Louise and her son couldn’t have been more helpful and quickly offered new bedding and took the other away to be laundered. Fairhaven is a small family run flat and it is obvious they take great pride in their premises. I would recommend these flats to any one. We will definitely return. The also offer great Wifi to those of use than cant live without our ipads!
This was our first stay at Fairhaven Holiday Flats. We usually stay on the North Shore near to the train station for our convenience but fancied a change. Fairhaven is easily accessible via tram or bus and extremely close to the South pier and Pleasure Beach. We stayed in Flat 4 which had a double bedroom,kitchen/living area (with pull out futon bed) and shower/toilet.The flats were very clean and the bedding was soft and smelled soooo fresh. There were some mod cons such as two flat screen TV & light up electric remote fire. The bathroom was super clean and modern. The room has a electric meter but dont let this put you off as we were running heating tvs cooker etc in the evening time and only used a few pound over the 5 nights we were there. Once the fire is on and the radiator is on in the bedroom it warmed up quickly and stayed warm perfect for cold evenings…it suited our family of three perfectly. Thank you for a great stay and hope to stay again soon.

We have stayed here twice this year and is perfect place to stay while visiting Blackpool. The owners are helpful, the holiday flats are spotless and smell so fresh. Car parking was not an issue as the owners sorted a parking spot for you. In a great place with sand castles water park over road, right near the pleasure beach.
Will definitely stay again…
Stayed here for a weekend, owners very friendly. Very nice, clean rooms which met our requirements completely. We were give 2 for 1 vouchers for attractions and even had a photo returned when accidentally left behind. Situated in a very convenient location just a short walk away from the seafront and a lot of the biggest attractions so travel no problem, but also set back enough so that it was still pretty quiet. Very much recommended.
Been coming here from Scotland for the last few years, never been disappointed. The owners are always on hand, very helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was spotless and spacious, suitable for a couple or small family. Close to all attractions, shops etc. Would recommend and will definately be back. Thank you. Lorraine and Henry.
wasnt expecting much from a holiday flat in Blackpool, but i was proved wrong! This place was so clean. The facilities were well kept, and my room looked recently refurbed. It was of course compact but great care has been put in to make sure it maximised its facilities in the space given. The beds were good quality too. comfy!
The electric meter (it was warm so no heating and we didnt cook in the oven) cost me less than £2 for 4 days, so using shower, toaster kettle and couple of pans. When i come back to Blackpool, I will be making sure I can get the same place!
Room Tip: I paid extra to have a separate bedroom as well as bed in living area as I had a small child..
great place nearby for everything the pleasure beach was just around the corner and trams which was handy and the place was really cosy and the owners was always very helpful with tip and local knowledge place had every thing you needed and was very clean and cosy would give 10/10 and would def stay again x

Had a great time at fairhaven flats , it was cosy and clean has everything you need ,close to pleasure beach but found it quiet ,nothing was a problem and also like to thank Warren as he was so helpful ,nothing was a bother ,would definitely recommend a visit.
Me my wife and 3 girls have been staying with Steve every July for quite a few years now and always have had a great stay at the Fairhaven. It is well situated for families away from the weekend stags and hens, it is exceptionally clean and there is a friendly atmosphere from arrival to departure. I would recommend a stay at the Fairhaven to anyone who is thinking of visiting Blackpool.

The flats were very tidy and clean looking from the street. Inside lived up to expectation very clean tidy and modern. We had no 4 the only qualm was the bedroom being a little on the small side. Everything was covered needs wise very close to the prom too. Would stay again
My Partner And i And her son have just had 2 nights staying in apartment 4 it was a pretty good room in a quiet area of Blackpool but still close enough to the south side of Blackpool and close enough to all the shops the couple who own it are very friendly and polite and keep the rooms spotless and they keep the little seating area in front of the building clean and tidy as well the price was pretty good for the time we stayed

Stayed for 2 nights in apartment 4, very comfortable well kept, well equipped clean apartment. Excellent price and good quiet location but close to seafront and bars/restaurants etc. Free wifi in apartments, welcoming owners.
Had a fabulous week at Fairhaven. The owners were very welcoming and the accommodation was very clean and well presented. It’s in a nice quiet part of Blackpool and only a few minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. Highly recommended and would love to return, although next time I will chose one of their bigger flat as the 5 of us was a bit of a squeeze in Flat3. The prices are much better than most other choices in the area too.

Very helpful & quick to call back after the initial email enquiry. Room was very clean & well catered for. Electricity runs off a meter & we only used £1 for the whole week despite needing the heating on to dry some clothes.
Would happily go back & recommend this as a good option for families & couples wanting to base themselves on the South Shore.

Fantastic place to stay in all the places I’ve been staying in Blackpool over the years. Clean and comfortable and owners always on hand to help with nothing too much hassle. Would recommend to others!
The couple who own the flats totally went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Lovely clean rooms and even tho some things requiring electric had to be paid for on the meter, the electric for the lights was free so we barely spent any money on TV. They even took the time to send us a photo we’d left behind..now THATS service!!!!!!

We have been coming to Fairhaven Holiday Flats for 4 years. We always have a brilliant holiday My husband is disabled and needs 24 hour care. Mr and Mrs Lumb give us as much support as possible. Like charging our scotters in the back yard and making sure they are brought around to the front in the morning. Flat 1 which we stayed in is modern and clean and easy for us to get around. The ensuite is very nice and again clean. We both feel relaxed in knowing that if we need anything the lumb family are here for us.
Room Tip: Flat 1 was suitable for my disabled husband being on the ground floor and having a big shower
