Fairhaven Holiday Flats Terms & Conditions.

• The flats are available at 3 pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate them by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
• Arrivals after 6 pm by arrangement, please.
• The flats must never be occupied by more persons including infants than stated at the time of booking, without the consent of the proprietors.
• The use of chip pans or deep-fat frying is forbidden by Fire and Safety regulations.
• All flats are fitted with coin electric meters which accepts £1 and £2 coins.
• The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, in their opinion, the behaviour of a Visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others are endangered.
• The Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for valuables left in any rooms.
• In the event of cancellation, deposits are not returnable.
• The management does not accept liability for cars parked in our garages or on street. We have one on street parking spot which needs to be booked in advance.
• Bookings are restricted to couples and families only
• Our dog policy requires all dogs to be accompanied by their owners at all times. Dogs are charged a fee of £40 per stay. Dogs are to be kept off furniture, beds. We will accept two small dogs per holiday flat. You must inform us before arrival if you are to bring dogs.
• The guest/Pets undertakes to be responsible for all damage and breakages during the stay in the flats.
• We accept Payments through PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card and cheques. Please make payable to Mr Lumb.
